How do I know Cheapseatstickets.com is legit? 

We hear that question a lot and YES, Cheapseatstickets.com is a legitimate reseller website.  We've been selling tickets for more than 10 years.  

If Cheapseatstickets.com is legit, why don't you have a BBB ranking or ratings?

Information sites like the Better Business Bureau and ResellerRatings.com charge a lot of money for their services and ticket sites then pass those costs on to you.  We don't believe those types of sites provide enough value because we already provide the highest level of service.   

Will my seats be together?

Yes, all tickets are listed in consecutive order.  Please note most events use consecutive seating but some events, like Broadway, often use even and odd number seating.  So you may receive seats 105, 107, and 109 but they are together.  If you have any questions regarding your specific seats, please call us.

Why am I paying a higher price than what is printed on the “Face” of the Ticket?

All tickets listed on CheapSeatsTickets.com are listed through what is called the “secondary market.”  Brokers purchase tickets and list them through various ticket sites like CheapSeatsTickets at a price higher than the listed value.  Sometimes you will find ticket prices lower than the printed value.

Why do so many other websites have the same tickets as CheapSeatsTickets?

Many of the competing websites selling tickets on the secondary ticket market share the same broker inventory.  So you will see the identical listings across many websites.  CheapSeatsTickets offers its inventory at the lowest markup prices on the web.  Just like our motto "Our Name Says It...Our Prices Prove it!"

How am I guaranteed my tickets will be legitimate?

All tickets purchased through CheapSeatsTickets are guaranteed.  CheapSeatsTickets only purchases tickets from bona fide ticket brokers.  Since we do not purchase tickets from individuals, you can be assured that the tickets you order from us are 100% real, 100% official and 100% guaranteed.  If you ever encounter a problem with your tickets or have any questions, please call our office immediately and someone can assist you.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS 

Does someone have to sign for the FedEx delivery?

Yes, someone must be available to sign for the package to ensure delivery.  If someone is not available to sign for the package, FedEx generally will leave a door tag letting you know they have attempted delivery.  FedEx will generally attempt delivery 3 times and will then hold your tickets at their nearest depot or they will send them back to CheapSeatsTickets.  You are responsible for receiving the tickets. 

Will my tickets be shipped immediately upon ordering?

In most cases yes, however, for some events the tickets may not be in hand at the time you place your order. The shipping charges will still apply and your tickets will ship out just as soon as they come in with the shipping option that you were confirmed for on your order.  If you have questions about your order delivery date, please call us at (888) 892-6572. 

Is shipping included in the price?

No, shipping is separate and is determined by the option you choose when ordering.  Tickets are shipped Federal Express unless the event is “last minute.”  There are 2 FedEx options: Standard FedEx delivery  and Express Overnight.  If the event is last minute, tickets may be delivered via e-mail or will be available for local pickup (local pickup may not be the venue box office – please call us for local pickup details). 

CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS AND LOST TICKETS

What do I do if the event is canceled?

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, we will provide a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable. TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CANCELLATION.

Do I get a refund if the event is postponed and I am not able to go?

No, if an event is postponed for a later date, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. No cancellations or refunds will be given for events rescheduled for a later date or time. 

If I lose or my tickets are stolen can I get replacements?

No, treat your tickets like cash. Tickets can not be reissued or replaced if lost or stolen.

Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

No, if you have received an online sale confirmation or an invoice for your order you cannot cancel the order. No refunds or exchanges will be given on confirmed orders.
